The room was clean and comfortable, with everything I needed for a short stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome. I also appreciated the convenient location, with a good restaurant just a short walk away and plenty of parking available.
I was a bit disappointed that there was no coffee available in the room, and I had to go looking for the manager whenever I needed assistance. Additionally, the lack of amenities like paper plates and cutlery in the kitchenette was a bit inconvenient.

The location of the hotel was great, close to restaurants and a coffee shop just up the road. The room was very clean and the service from the staff was friendly and professional. The beds were comfortable and the wifi was reliable, better than any other hotel we've stayed at.
The walls were thin and there was noise from the neighbors.

I recently stayed at Evergreen Lodge for a weekend vacation. Bobbie, one of the staff members, provided exceptional service. The air conditioning wasn't working initially, but I was promptly moved to another room while they fixed it. Bobbie even went above and beyond by mailing back something I left behind. The room exceeded my expectations, with comfortable beds, a microwave, and a refrigerator. The hotel's location was great for morning jogs to cafes and grocery stores. The clean and charming atmosphere added to the overall experience. The family-run business made me feel welcome throughout my stay.
I can recommend this hotel.

The staff at Evergreen Lodge were incredibly accommodating and made sure we felt welcome throughout our stay. The room was spotlessly clean and provided a comfortable and cozy environment for us to relax in. The lodge's location, just a short distance from the town center, made it convenient for us to explore all that the area had to offer. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the occasional Wi-Fi issues and lack of cold water, our overall experience at Evergreen Lodge was positive. We would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great value, comfortable, and clean place to stay. we had a wonderful time and would happily return in the future.

The value for the money at this hotel was excellent. The room was older but incredibly clean, with spotless bathrooms and comfortable beds. The staff made sure we felt safe and were beyond pleasant and helpful.
The menu for breakfast could be improved by offering a small coffee maker in the rooms or providing coffee in the morning at the office.

I recently spent Christmas at a lodge in Mount Shasta and I absolutely loved it! The staff was so friendly and the price was reasonable. The room had a cozy vibe with two queen beds and a dining area, perfect for my family. We also had a microwave and fridge, which was convenient for storing leftovers. I was pleasantly surprised by the large shower and the charging lamp in the room. The lodge was also freshly painted, giving it a clean and welcoming look. it was a great experience.
There were a few things that could have been better. It would have been nice to have breakfast included, or at least some coffee or tea available in the morning.
